To us, diversity means more than “just encouraging women”, to us, it means variety, individuality and strength. This transcends age, gender, physical disability, religion, ethnic origin and sexual orientation. For us, a culture of diversity is not only desirable, it is also an indispensable part of the way we go about our business.
Our aim is to bring at least one woman candidate into the final selection (short list), whenever possible, in the Executive Search projects that we deal with. And we like to measure our performance against this target.
