Also when it comes to the policy on fees we are a little different. We do not ask for remuneration which is linked to the future salary of the executive being sought, but rather agree beforehand with our clients fees which are commensurate with the complexity of the tasks. Thus there is no incentive for our Partner to recommend a particular candidate, for instance, because he or she has better salary prospects. Besides this, potential in-house contenders for the post can be given a fair chance at any time in the selection process. A fixed fee thus makes the search more objective which is equally in the interest of our clients and of the candidates being considered.
With a number of our clients we have come to a framework agreement in which, for reasons of convenience and ease of planning we have a fixed fee structure which is orientated in accordance with the client’s salary range.
